REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

AH World Trade Limited, trading as AH Select Hair Extensions 

  1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through our website are considered final.
Hair extensions and professional beauty products are subject to strict hygiene and quality standards. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Hair extensions once packaging has been opened.
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Orders cancelled or requested to be cancelled after payment completion. 
  1. No Change of Mind Refunds

Refunds or returns are not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer preference. 

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Returns may only be considered if the product is defective before opening, incorrect, or damaged during transportation.
The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery and within 24 hours, before opening the product, with photographic evidence. 

  1. Inspection, Replacement & Refunds

All approved returns must be returned for inspection.
A replacement product will be provided where available.
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. 

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is due to a confirmed error by the company or damage during transportation, return shipping costs will be covered by the company.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This policy applies equally to discounted or promotional items.
