This website is operated by A.H World Trade, trading as Select Hair Extensions, based in Cyprus.
By accessing and using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or place an order. 

  1. Eligibility to Purchase

Our products are primarily intended for professional use (hairdressers, salons, beauty professionals). However, private individuals may also place online orders, subject to the same Terms & Conditions. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. 

  1. Products & Intended Use

All hair extensions, accessories, and professional products sold on this website are intended for professional application and proper use. The company is not responsible for misuse, incorrect application, or improper handling after delivery. Product images are indicative and minor variations may occur. 

  1. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed or dispatched without completed payment. 

  1. Order Processing & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products and immediate order processing, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once payment has been completed. All sales are final. 

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are accepted and delivered only within Cyprus. Shipping costs and delivery details are displayed during checkout. 

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery & Damage Claims

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and before opening the product. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via our website contact form or by email, providing photographic evidence. Claims reported after delivery acceptance may not be accepted. 

  1. Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted for opened, used, or altered products. No returns are accepted for hair extensions once packaging has been opened. Returns may only be considered if the product is defective before opening or damaged during transport and reported correctly. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or improper use of products. Liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content is the intellectual property of A.H World Trade and may not be used without permission. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to Cypriot courts. 

  1. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
